    Defensive Driving Training in Pittsburgh

Approximately half of all the deaths that occur on Pittsburgh and surround area roads in an automobile crash could have been avoided simply if the victim was wearing a safety belt properly. When new and even experienced drivers partake in a Defensive Driving school, they will learn the proper technique to wearing a safety belt, something so simple that can save a precious life.

It’s important to stress the importance of Drivers Education and to keep everyone safe on the roads. No matter if driving up the road in Cranberry, in Pittsburgh rush hour, or around the neighborhood in Wexford, an accident can happen at any time and it’s important for all drivers to be prepared. Seat belts and air bags are designed to save our lives, but something as simple as seat placement can determine if a deployed airbag will help a driver or passenger or cause injury. A simple headrest provides more than just comfort, it protects the driver and passenger from a serious head injury, but if removed or displaced provides no purpose. These are just a few simple fixes students learn in our Drivers Ed course.

Along with safety tips, Drivers Ed provides students with the basics of learning the laws behind the wheel. When students in the Drivers Education course demonstrate an understanding of the laws of driving, they then take their skills to the road and participate in Driving Lessons. Unlike having a parent, guardian, or even spouse make the student feel stressed and nervous, we have an experienced teacher to make the new driver feel comfortable and relaxed and able to enjoy the experience of taking driving lessons.

Our students will be ready to take on the roads from Cranberry to Wexford and anywhere in between or far away. With Defensive Driving courses, our new drivers are provided with tips on how to not only properly use safety devices in the vehicle to save their lives, but how to possible prevent accidents all together, making our roadways safer one student at a time.
