Jim Clair and PA State Representative Kathy Watson join to combat teen injuries and fatalities from auto accidents.  Both Watson and Clair partisipated in a discussion with Chuck Mangino a host on KDKA Radio. their discussion was about House Bill 9 (HB9).  This bill will help protect our teen drivers in Pennsylvania.  This bill will limit the number of teens in the car, make not wearing a seat belt a primary offense, and restrict the use of cell phones for any teen (16-18) while driving.  House Bill 9 came from an alarming amount of teen fatalities. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation statistics, said fatalities in crashes involving 16- or 17-year-old drivers increased from 40 in 2009 to 57 in 2010, a 43 percent increase.  “We have to help protect our futures I am in full support”, Jim Clair said.
