9/29/11- Today we made a step in the right direction. This bill will limit the number of passengers for teen drivers and also extend the training period for 16 year olds from 50 to 65 hours before they can get a license. It will also make the seat belt a primary offense for teen drivers. Today, Jim Clair did several interviews with the media. KDKA Radio’s Marty Griffin and Jim Clair agree that the bill did fall short with cell phone use, but agree it’s a start. Core Compliance Hires UDDS
9/16/11- Core Compliance Group hires UDDS to train one of their major clients in defensive driving techniques. Core’s client has several locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. The company sells and delivers all types of commercial trucks in several industries. Most recently delivering trucks to Marcellus Shale industry.

Sewickley Academy
9/15/11- Jim Clair and Brittany Clair meet with Sewickley Academy Officials to provide a presentation on the dangers of text messaging while driving. UDDS has spoke and many schools and will speak at at schools on a no fee basis. UDDS also will not commercialize the presentation in anyway. UDDS feels that it should be about keeping kids safe.
9/12/11- Duquesne Light Company contracts with Ultimate Defensive Driving to train the regions drivers. Duquesne Light Light Company is a leader in the transmission and distribution of electric energy. Offering service to over half a million customers in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
